In March 2025, China's exports of primary forms of polysiloxane in silicone reached 52,400 mt, up 13.38% MoM and 4.16% YoY. From January to March 2025, the cumulative exports of primary forms of polysiloxane in silicone were 134,700 mt, up 10.41% YoY. Among them, the trade volume to South Korea in March was the largest at 9,300 mt, up 20.78% MoM from February, maintaining the top position.

By specific export trading partners, the demand for South Korea remained the top this month, while demand for Turkey increased. In March, exports to South Korea were 9,300 mt, up 20.78% MoM from February. The top five export trading partners in March were South Korea, India, Turkey, Vietnam, and the US, accounting for 47.97% of total exports. Turkey's demand rose to the third position, with a trade volume of 3,100 mt. The total trade volume of the top five partners was 25,100 mt, up 32.11% MoM from February.

Compared to February data, South Korea's trade volume was 9,300 mt, up 20.78% MoM, accounting for 17.82% of total exports. India's trade volume surged to 7,600 mt, up 61.70% MoM, accounting for 14.53% of total exports. Turkey's trade volume was 3,100 mt, rising to the third position, up 55% MoM, accounting for 5.92% of total exports. Vietnam's trade volume was 3,000 mt, accounting for 5.69% of total exports, up 49% MoM. The US trade volume was 2,100 mt, accounting for 4% of total exports, down 19.23% MoM, dropping to the fifth position. Russia's trade volume was 2,000 mt, up 42.85% MoM, accounting for 3.87% of total exports, maintaining the sixth position.
