Economic Rebound Drives Fiscal Revenue Improvement

Data recently released by the Ministry of Finance shows that in Q1, the national general public budget revenue reached 6,018.9 billion yuan, down 1.1% YoY, with the decline narrowing by 0.5 percentage points compared to January-February. Notably, the monthly growth rate in March turned positive. For Q1 as a whole, the cumulative general public budget revenue decreased by 1.1% YoY. In March alone, the revenue grew by 0.3% YoY, with the growth rate accelerating significantly compared to January-February.
