This week (April 12, 2025 - April 18, 2025), the operating rate of primary lead in three provinces increased by 1.24 percentage points WoW to 63.25%.

This week, smelters in Henan that previously underwent partial maintenance and production cuts have not yet resumed, and production remained flat WoW. Another small-scale smelter ended its maintenance status and resumed production this week. In Hunan, a smelter experienced a slight decline in production due to partial equipment debugging, with production expected to recover by month-end, while another smelter saw a slight increase in production. In Yunnan, a smelter resumed full production at the beginning of April and has maintained stable production since. Outside the three provinces, a smelter in Jiangxi, which had a slight production cut last week, has not yet resumed this week. A smelter in east China, originally scheduled for routine maintenance in April, has postponed it to early May.
