BHP's Largest Coal Mine in New South Wales Approved to Operate Until 2030

According to foreign media reports, global mining company BHP announced on April 16 that it has received approval from the New South Wales government to extend the operation of its Mount Arthur thermal coal mine until June 2030, four years later than the originally planned shutdown date.
