CITIC Securities: Housing Prices Expected to Reach the Bottom of a Long Cycle in 2025. CITIC Securities' research report noted that the Q1 statistics bureau data showed steady performance, with effective control over incremental growth and continued strong sales in the land market, but housing prices were still declining. Overall, we believe that real estate policies have been incorporated into the framework of expanding domestic demand, and policies to stabilize housing prices are imminent. We expect housing prices to reach the bottom of a long cycle in 2025, and are optimistic about real estate platforms with strong operations, development, and assets, as well as service platforms with high dividend potential and willingness.
