National Commercial Vehicle Sales Up 1.76% YoY, January-March

On April 15, data released by the Commercial Vehicle Committee showed that the national commercial vehicle sales (wholesale) in March reached 447,300 units, down 2.38% YoY but up 42.78% MoM. From January to March, the cumulative national commercial vehicle sales (wholesale) totaled 1.051 million units, up 1.76% YoY. Among them, new energy commercial vehicle sales in March were 79,400 units, up 57.26% YoY and 62.74% MoM. The cumulative new energy commercial vehicle sales from January to March reached 171,800 units, up 60.79% YoY. By segment, cumulative truck sales from January to March were 926,200 units, up 1.9% YoY, while cumulative bus sales were 124,800 units, up 0.77% YoY.
