Mongolia to Conduct Irregular Inspections of Cross-Border Coal Transportation Activities from April 14-25

According to the Montsame News Agency, from April 14 to 25, Mongolia will conduct irregular inspections of coal transportation activities by enterprises at border crossings. In accordance with the approved "Guidelines for the Issuance, Use, and Control of 'C' Category Cross-Border Freight Permits," Mongolia will inspect the activities of cross-border coal transportation enterprises at various border crossings. During this period, a comprehensive inspection of all vehicles will be organized to determine whether the vehicles meet technical requirements and are equipped with qualified drivers corresponding to the requirements of various vehicle categories. It is reported that enterprises engaged in cross-border coal transportation activities through nine crossings in seven provinces will be included in the scope of irregular inspections.
