Shandong Fengyuan Chemical Signs Long-Term LFP Cooperation Agreement, Securing BYD as Core Customer

Shandong Fengyuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Fengyuan Chemical, signed the "LFP Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Huizhou BYD Battery Co., Ltd. The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation from 2025 to 2028 regarding the procurement and joint development of cathode materials. BYD has been the company's largest customer in recent years, and this agreement will help both parties build a stable, mutually trusting, and win-win partnership, further enhancing Shandong Fengyuan Chemical's industry position and profitability. If the cooperation project progresses smoothly, it is expected to drive the company's LFP capacity release and sales growth, providing positive support for performance starting from 2025.
