Earth-i: Global Copper Smelting Activity Significantly Decreased in March

On Thursday, April 10, satellite monitoring data showed that global copper smelting activity in March significantly decreased to its lowest level so far this year.

Earth-i stated in a release that last month, an average of 12.6% of the monitored global copper smelter capacity was inactive, up from 8.8% in February.
