The Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources issued an announcement on April 11 regarding the listing and transfer of state-owned construction land use rights in Hangzhou. The three land parcels will be transferred through listing, with a total starting price of 2.5734 billion yuan. The parcels are scheduled to be officially listed for transfer on May 3, 2025.

All three parcels are located in the Qiantang District. The parcels will be subject to free bidding, and the highest bidder will be determined based on the principle of the highest price.
