The procurement project for the open inquiry and comparison of cable reels for Xigang Vanadium and Xifan Plant (PGWZMYHGXHD250407202538) is conducted by Pangang Group Materials Trading Co., Ltd. The project funds are self-raised, and the project is now ready for procurement, proceeding with an open inquiry and comparison.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 Joint venture bidding is not allowed for this procurement.
3.2 Bidders must meet the following qualification requirements:
(1) Production-type business license
3.3 Bidders must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production-type registered capital: 200 (10,000 yuan) and above
3.4 Bidders must meet the following performance requirements:
The bidder must provide proof of sales performance for similar products within the three years prior to the bid submission deadline (copies of invoices for similar products must be provided and uploaded), and the total performance must not be less than the total bid price.
3.5 Bidders must meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:

Other requirements: Annual inspection of enterprise qualifications must be provided:
(1) Scanned copy of the business license (or duplicate).

3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to law, bids from discredited persons subject to enforcement are invalid.

4.1 Interested bidders are invited to log in to the Ansteel Smart Bidding Platform at http://bid.ansteel.cn to download the electronic procurement documents from 09:00 on April 8, 2025, to 09:00 on April 16, 2025 (Beijing time, the same hereinafter).
