1. Procurement Conditions
The procurement project for three-phase asynchronous vibration motors and other items (AGGFGSHGXHD250407202604) is conducted by the Production Spare Parts Procurement Department of the Equipment and Materials Procurement Center of Ansteel Co., Ltd. The project funds are self-raised, and the project is now ready for procurement, initiating an open inquiry and comparison.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 Joint venture bidding is not allowed for this procurement.
3.2 Bidders must meet the following qualification requirements:
(1) Production-type quality management system certification (ISO9000)
(2) Production-type business license
3.3 Bidders must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production-type registered capital: 100.0 (10,000 yuan) and above
3.4 Bidders must meet the following performance requirements:
Experience in supplying similar products in industries such as steel metallurgy, petrochemical, and power, with proof of supply performance (all within 2021-2023).
3.5 Bidders must meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:

3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to law, bids from discredited executors are invalid.
