3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 Joint venture bidding is not allowed for this procurement.
3.2 Bidders must meet the following qualification requirements:
(1) Production business license
(2) Production quality management system certification (ISO9000)
3.3 Bidders must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production registered capital: 10,000,000 yuan and above
3.4 Bidders must meet the following performance requirements:
Bidders must possess the corresponding qualifications and capabilities as required, and provide relevant annual inspection certificates of enterprise qualifications as part of their bid documents to prove their eligibility to participate in the bidding and their ability to fulfill the contract after winning the bid.
1. Provide scanned copies or photos of the original business license (or duplicate) that includes the scope of the bidding project; provide scanned copies or photos of the original quality management system certification that includes the scope of the bidding project;
2. Performance requirements: Provide performance certificates (contracts and corresponding invoices) for supplying drag chains or chains to large well-known domestic steel enterprises or related industries.
3. Provide the original letter of authorization for the bid agent (with official seal) and a copy of the ID card (with official seal).
3.5 Bidders must meet the following capability requirements, financial requirements, and other requirements:
Financial requirements: The bidder's registered capital should not be less than 10,000,000 yuan.
Capability requirements: The bidder must have the right to independently enter into contracts.

3.6 For projects that must be legally tendered, bids from discredited executors are invalid.
