According to brass billet enterprises, the order volume in March increased slightly MoM from February, primarily due to the dual impact of the rapid rise in copper prices in late March suppressing downstream purchase willingness and the continued tight supply of raw materials. Therefore, SMM expects that the operating rates of brass billet producers in March will show only a slight increase compared to February.
