The project funds are self-raised, and the project is now ready for procurement, initiating an open inquiry and comparison.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 Joint venture bidding is not allowed for this procurement.
3.2 Bidders must meet the following qualification requirements:
(1) Distribution Business License
(2) Production Business License
3.3 Bidders must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production Registered Capital: 5 million yuan and above
Distribution Registered Capital: 5 million yuan and above
3.4 Bidders must meet the following performance requirements:
Bidders must provide performance proof (contract or invoice scans) for similar products from January 1, 2022, to the bid submission deadline.
3.5 Bidders must meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:
Financial Requirements: 1. Registered capital must be no less than 5 million yuan and no less than 30% of the total project planned price (excluding tax).
Capability Requirements: 1. Bidders must possess legal business qualifications (able to provide a copy of the annual inspection of the business license), and be validly verified through public websites such as Qixinbao, Tianyancha, and Qichacha.

3.6 For projects that must be legally tendered, bids from discredited persons subject to enforcement are invalid.
