Located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, the Xipo project is another joint venture iron ore project between Rio Tinto and China Baowu, following the Bao-Ri Ji East Slope project, with a total investment of approximately 2.4 billion Australian dollars and a designed annual capacity of 25 million mt of iron ore.
