SMM Daily Review: Cobalt Sulphate Spot Prices Stabilize at High Levels on March 27

The SMM cobalt sulphate index price stood at 49,326 yuan/mt, up 8 yuan/mt WoW from the previous working day. Cobalt sulphate prices ranged from 48,500 to 51,000 yuan/mt, with an average of 49,750 yuan/mt, basically flat from the previous working day. Supply side, upstream salt plants maintained their quotes basically flat WoW and continued to stand firm on quotes, with some plants releasing small batches of cargo. Downstream enterprises have completed their concentrated procurement, and inquiries and buying interest are currently weak. The price spread is expected to persist, and market liquidity has not seen significant improvement.
