1. Tender Conditions
The tender project for synchronous motors and auxiliary parts (AGGFGSHGZHG250325199820) is initiated by the Engineering Equipment Procurement Department of the Equipment and Material Procurement Center of Ansteel Co., Ltd. The funding for this tender project is self-raised, and the project is now open for public tender as it meets the tender conditions.
2. Project Overview and Tender Scope
2.1 Project Name: Synchronous Motors and Auxiliary Parts
2.2 Tender Failure and Alternative Procurement Method: No alternative
2.3 The content, scope, and scale of this tender project are detailed in the attached document "Material List Attachment.pdf".
3. Bidder Qualification Requirements
3.1 Joint bids are not allowed for this tender.
3.2 Bidders must meet the following qualification requirements:
(1) Production-type quality management system certification (ISO9000)
3.3 Bidders must meet the following registered capital requirements:
Production-type registered capital: 50 million yuan or above
Distribution-type registered capital: 50 million yuan or above
3.4 Bidders must meet the following performance requirements:
Provide at least one supply performance for finishing mill motors of hot rolling production lines with 10,000 KW or above and 1,580 mm or above in the past 10 years (from 2015 to 2024), and provide corresponding contracts and invoices with dates before January 1, 2025.
3.5 Bidders must meet the following capability, financial, and other requirements:
Financial requirements: Registered capital of not less than 50 million yuan.
Capability requirements: No requirements.
3.6 For projects that must be tendered according to law, bids from discredited persons subject to enforcement are invalid.
4. Acquisition of Tender Documents
4.1 Interested bidders are invited to log in to the Ansteel Smart Tender Platform at http://bid.ansteel.cn to download the electronic tender documents from 08:00 on March 27, 2025, to 08:00 on April 18, 2025 (Beijing Time, the same hereinafter).
4.2 Method for downloading electronic tender documents: Users log in to the system's main page, check the project under "Announcement Information", click "I Want to Bid", complete relevant information, pay the relevant fees, and then download the documents themselves.
4.3 Payment methods: Personal/Corporate online banking, Alipay, WeChat.
4.4 The selling price of each set of tender documents is 800 yuan, non-refundable.
5. Submission of Bid Documents
5.1 The deadline for submitting bid documents is 08:00 on April 18, 2025. Bidders should log in to the Ansteel Smart Tender Platform at http://bid.ansteel.cn and submit electronic bid documents at the designated location for this project before the deadline.
5.2 Bid documents received after the deadline will be rejected by the Ansteel Smart Tender Platform.
5.3 This project does not use bid document preparation software or electronic CA digital certificates (Bid Certificate App).
