(referred to as "Hubei Haorun") was established in 2018 as a key enterprise introduced by Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. In May 2022, Ouye Chain Resources Co., Ltd. merged and restructured Hubei Haorun. On October 18, 2024, China Resources Recycling Group (referred to as "China Zihuan") was established in Tianjin, and Ouye Chain Resources Co., Ltd. was fully incorporated. Hubei Haorun became the only metal smelting enterprise in the non-ferrous sector under Ouye Chain Resources Co., Ltd. of China Zihuan, with main products including 8mm low-oxygen copper rod, 12.5mm oxygen-free copper rod, 3mm oxygen-free copper wire, anode plate, and alloy aluminum ingot. The company is located in Dawu County, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, with a registered capital of 210.86 million yuan and a total area of about 131.5 acres. It has an annual production capacity of 250,000 mt of secondary copper and 200,000 mt of secondary aluminum. Relying on the central base, the company has also laid out its industrial presence in Hubei, Anhui, and Shandong, supplying more than 20,000 mt of anode plates monthly, aiming to build the most influential anode plate supply consortium in China. The company has successively won honors such as "National High-tech Enterprise," "Innovative" SME of Hubei Province, "Specialized and Sophisticated" SME of Hubei Province, and one of the top 100 industrial enterprises in Xiaogan City in 2022.
