At the same time, the registered capital increased from 100 million RMB to 600 million RMB, a 500% increase. Nanchang Ganfeng LiEnergy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2023, with Zhou Hainan as the legal representative. The company's business scope includes ESS services, new materials R&D, and new materials technology promotion services. It is now held by Nanchang Xinjian Economic Development Zone Ganwang Digital New Energy Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) and Jiangxi Ganfeng LiEnergy Technology Co., Ltd. at approximately 83% and 17%, respectively.
