CATL Zero-Carbon Industrial Park Project Signed in Shandong with 40GWh Capacity

CATL Zero-Carbon Industrial Park Project Lands in Shandong】SMM has learned that on March 15, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation on zero-carbon cities between the Dongying Municipal People's Government and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), as well as the Dongying CATL Zero-Carbon Industrial Park Project, was held in Jinan.

At the signing ceremony, the Dongying Municipal Government and CATL signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build a zero-carbon city. The Dongying Municipal Government, Shengli Oilfield Company Limited, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), and CATL signed a cooperation agreement on zero-carbon application scenarios. The Kenli District Government and CATL signed an investment agreement for a green intelligent lithium battery manufacturing base, and relevant enterprises signed a memorandum of cooperation on the industrialization of new energy.
