It is a member of Baoding-based Great Wall Holdings Group, located in Suining City, Sichuan Province, and primarily engaged in the production and supply of electricity and thermal energy. The company's shareholders are SVOLT Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SVOLT Energy") and CCB Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., with the former being the controlling shareholder holding a 64.3333% stake.
