NEV Production, Sales, and Exports Grew Over 50% in January-February
According to data recently released by CAAM, China's auto production and sales continued to maintain steady growth in January-February this year, with NEV production, sales, and exports showing outstanding performance. From January to February, China's auto production and sales reached 4.553 million units and 4.552 million units, up 16.2% and 13.1% YoY, respectively. Among them, NEV production, sales, and exports all grew over 50% YoY. NEV production and sales reached 1.903 million units and 1.835 million units, both up 52% YoY. NEV new car sales accounted for 40.3% of total new car sales. In terms of exports, NEV exports reached 282,000 units, up 54.5% YoY.
