Additionally, lead prices have risen, but battery selling prices struggle to catch up. The wholesale price of the main model 6-QW-60Ah is 190-220 yuan per unit. Manufacturers in Jiangxi reported weak demand in the automotive battery market, with limited export orders. Meanwhile, lead prices remain high, and raw materials are procured on a just-in-time basis. Factories are producing based on sales, with an operating rate around 70%. Manufacturers in Zhejiang reported that factory production returned to normal in March, with current operating rates nearing full capacity. However, both domestic sales and export demand for automotive batteries are average, and finished product inventories remain high.
