During the week, manganese ore destocking at ports was slow, and port inventories of manganese ore remained relatively low. Market quotations were somewhat chaotic, with a mix of high and low prices. Some miners were bullish on the market outlook and maintained firm offers. Downstream alloy plants showed low acceptance of high-priced manganese ore and mostly engaged in price-suppressed purchases. Downstream demand for manganese ore was weak, and spot prices fluctuated downward.
