According to market feedback, the weekly production of sample silicon plants in Xinjiang was 30,500 mt, with a weekly operating rate of 63%. This week, there was additional resumption of production at sample silicon plants in Xinjiang, but the production increase brought by this resumption was relatively small. Next week, as the resumed capacity in Xinjiang is fully released, production is expected to continue rising.

The weekly production of sample silicon enterprises in north-west China was 11,130 mt, with a stable weekly operating rate of 82%. The statistical scope for north-west China includes Qinghai, Ningxia, and Gansu. During the week, the operating rate in north-west China remained stable, with all operating silicon plants maintaining normal production, and no maintenance plans in the short term.

The weekly production of sample silicon enterprises in Yunnan was 1,770 mt, with a weekly operating rate of 21%. During the week, the operating rate in Yunnan slightly declined, with some operating silicon plants in the sample experiencing production cuts. However, as the production cuts occurred near the weekend, the overall reduction was relatively small. Additionally, sample silicon plants in Yunnan have plans to shut down furnaces by month-end, and the weekly production of Yunnan samples is expected to continue declining next week. Due to the limited number of operating silicon plants in the sample, most manufacturers focused on clearing inventory, resulting in relatively small inventory changes overall.

The weekly production of sample silicon enterprises in Sichuan was 0 mt, with a weekly operating rate of 0%. Currently, no sample silicon enterprises in Sichuan are in operation, while outside the sample, only a few submerged arc furnaces are maintaining production. The local operating level remains extremely low.
