[SMM HRC Daily Transactions] On February 27, the daily trading volume of HRC sample enterprises in four cities (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, Ningbo) monitored by SMM totaled 19,650 mt, a day-on-day decrease of 16,300 mt, down by 7.70%.
