On February 26, Hangzhou announced the sixth batch of residential land listings for 2025. A total of four land parcels are up for sale, covering a total land area of 189.21 mu, with a starting total price of 9.444 billion yuan. The transactions for these parcels will take place on March 28, 2025.

According to the land sale information, the four parcels are located in Shangcheng District (2 parcels) and Xihu District (2 parcels). The land parcels will be auctioned through open bidding, with the highest bidder winning the auction.
