Rare Earth Ore

Prices: Rare earth carbonate prices were approximately 35,200 yuan/mt, monazite prices were around 39,900 yuan/mt, and medium-yttrium, europium-rich ore benchmark prices were about 185,000 yuan/mt.

Supply and Demand: Currently, with a slightly tight supply of ore products, prices remained relatively stable, and market sentiment leaned towards a wait-and-see approach.

Rare Earth Oxides

Prices: Pr-Nd oxide spot quotes saw a significant increase, but actual transactions remained unchanged. Futures market prices for Pr-Nd oxide reached as high as 455,000 yuan/mt. Quotes for dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide also showed noticeable increases.

Supply and Demand: Last night, driven by policy-related news, market sentiment in the rare earth sector became more intense. Some suppliers indicated they would not provide quotes today, further amplifying the wait-and-see sentiment.

Rare Earth Metals

Prices: There were few quotes in the metal market, with some metal producers stating they would wait for oxide transaction prices before providing corresponding quotes.

Supply and Demand: The metal market currently has no quotes, but most participants have increased their bullish sentiment for the future market. Both upstream and downstream players are cautiously observing, and transaction activity remains low.

Magnetic Materials

Prices: NdFeB blank prices were as follows: NdFeB blank N38 (Ce) at 139-149 yuan/kg; NdFeB blank 40M at 185-195 yuan/kg; NdFeB blank 40H at 189-199 yuan/kg; NdFeB blank 45SH (Ce) at 239-259 yuan/kg.

Supply and Demand: Yesterday, although rare earth prices remained generally stable, purchasing enthusiasm in the magnetic materials market was still low. Downstream orders showed no significant increase, and companies generally maintained a wait-and-see attitude towards the future market.

NdFeB Scrap

Prices: PrNd recycled from NdFeB scrap was quoted at 447-457 yuan/kg; dysprosium recycled from NdFeB scrap at 1,608-1,635 yuan/kg; terbium recycled from NdFeB scrap at 5,109-5,178 yuan/kg.

Supply and Demand: Recently, the scrap market has remained stable. Although purchasing sentiment has slightly weakened, high-price transactions faced resistance. Most buyers preferred to purchase at lower prices and mainly adopted a locking strategy. Separation enterprises restocked based on demand. Despite the continued price inversion phenomenon, transaction conditions have improved compared to before.
