To avoid inventory accumulation, factory operating rates in February are expected to remain at 60-70%, with raw material lead mainly purchased through long-term contracts.

Manufacturers in Jiangxi reported moderate demand in the automotive lead-acid battery market, with dealers purchasing as needed. Post-holiday battery inventory has been slow to deplete, and current factory operating rates have recovered to 70-80%, with raw material lead purchased as needed.
