This week, ESS battery cell prices remained stable. Although the prices of key materials such as copper, aluminum, and NMP increased, leading to a short-term rise in ESS battery cell costs, the growth was relatively small. According to SMM calculations, as of last Friday, the theoretical cost of a 280Ah battery cell was 0.296 yuan/Wh, and that of a 314Ah battery cell was 0.282 yuan/Wh. On the market side, the recent introduction of the "cancellation of mandatory new energy allocation" policy has not significantly impacted ESS battery cell orders, as recent order arrangements had already been determined. Therefore, market supply continues as expected. Despite the rise in material costs, the relatively small increase makes it difficult to pass on to the selling price, and ESS battery cell prices are expected to remain stable.
