6GW! Centralised Procurement Tender for TOPCon Modules at Shanxi Coal Mining Subsidence Area Base

On February 8, the bidding announcement for the concentrated procurement project of PV modules for the new energy base in the coal mining subsidence area of Northern Shanxi was released. According to the announcement, the project procurement capacity is 6,000 MW, and the bidder is Jinneng Holding Dangbei Energy (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. The project will procure bifacial double-glass 182*182-210mm/210mm Topcon modules with a module conversion efficiency of >22.75%.

The delivery location is the designated construction sites in Yun’gang District, Xinrong District, and Zuoyun County, or other locations specified by the bidder; delivery date: from the date of contract signing to December 31, 2026, with phased deliveries as per the buyer's shipping notice.

Regarding the performance of bidders, Jinneng Holding requires that the cumulative supply performance of N-type modules from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024 (contract signing date within this period), must not be less than 1,000 MW.

The bid opening time is 09:00 on March 4, 2025; bid opening method: online bid opening through the "Jinneng Holding Bidding and Procurement Platform."
