        SMM February 7 News: According to reports, from February 1, 2025, to February 7, 2025, the weekly comprehensive operating rate of lead-acid battery enterprises in five provinces monitored by SMM was 40.84%, up 28.07 percentage points WoW.

        This week marked the first week after the Chinese New Year holiday, and lead-acid battery enterprises gradually resumed operations, leading to an increase in the weekly operating rate. During the Chinese New Year holiday, except for a few enterprises that continued production as usual, other lead-acid battery enterprises entered a holiday state, with holiday durations ranging from 2-3 days to as long as 24-25 days. Most enterprises, however, resumed operations this week, generally between the eighth and tenth days of the lunar new year (February 5-7).
