Enjie Co. Secures Long-Term Supply Deal with Beijing WELION for All-Solid-State Battery Materials

[Enjie Co., Ltd.: Reached a Long-Term Supply Agreement with Beijing WELION New Energy on Electrolytes and Related Products for All-Solid-State Batteries]

Enjie Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Enjie, and its controlled affiliated companies have signed a "Procurement Framework Agreement" with Beijing WELION New Energy. Beijing WELION New Energy will allocate 80% of its material procurement share to Shanghai Enjie and its controlled affiliated companies for the purchase of electrolyte separators for half-solid state batteries, as well as electrolytes and electrolyte membranes for all-solid-state batteries. From 2025 to 2030, Beijing WELION New Energy is expected to place orders with Shanghai Enjie and its controlled affiliated companies for no less than 300 million m² of electrolyte separators for half-solid and all-solid-state batteries, and no less than 100 mt of electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries. This agreement is a routine operational agreement for the company, and its successful implementation is expected to positively impact the company's operating performance during the 2025-2030 period.
