Angang Steel's Rail Tops 2024 Comprehensive Quality Evaluation

[Angang Steel Company's Rail Ranked First in the 2024 Comprehensive Quality Evaluation] Recently, at the "2024 Rail Quality Exchange Conference" held by the China Academy of Railway Sciences in Beijing, the rail products of the Large General Plant received a score of 92.91 in the "Comprehensive Rail Quality Evaluation Index," ranking first among rail producers.

The conference was hosted by the China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., Ltd., with leaders, experts, and technical personnel from China State Railway Group, various railway bureaus, and five rail producers in attendance. During the conference, the host comprehensively summarized this year's batch inspection and quality supervision work for rails and conducted exchanges on improving rail quality control. Representatives from the Large General Plant, on behalf of Angang, reported on the efforts and achievements made in four areas—quality management, technical R&D, process improvement, and quality supervision—for the 2024 rail products, which received unanimous recognition from the attending experts.
