36.5MW! Another PV Module Procurement Project Was Canceled Due to Fewer Than Three Valid Bidders.

Polaris Solar PV Network has learned that recently, Gansu Electric Equipment Group Industrial Engineering Co., Ltd. issued a bid cancellation announcement for its PV module procurement project for PV power generation. The announcement indicates that the PV module procurement project was treated as a failed bid due to fewer than three valid suppliers participating in the bidding process.

According to the competitive negotiation announcement previously released on December 18, the PV module procurement project is expected to purchase 59,864 pieces of 610W PV modules, with a procurement scale of 36.517 million W and a budget of 23.8091 million yuan. Based on this, the estimated unit price for the project is approximately 0.652 yuan/W, including an additional 74 fixed supply accessories.
