SMM December 24 News: Dealers in Shandong reported that the end-use consumption in the automotive lead-acid battery market remains stable, with little change in battery sales. Currently, battery inventory is maintained at around one month, and the wholesale price of the main model 6-QW-45Ah is 180-200 yuan per unit.

Manufacturers in Hebei reported that the overall demand in the automotive lead-acid battery market is moderate, including orders from OEMs and replacement orders. Currently, production lines at factories are operating at full capacity, and raw material lead is being purchased as needed.

Manufacturers in Jiangxi reported that domestic demand in the automotive lead-acid battery market is steadily increasing, while export orders are weakening. To avoid inventory accumulation, the current operating rate of producers is at 70-80%. Additionally, recent environmental protection measures have impacted the lead supply side, resulting in limited circulation of lead ingots and fewer low-priced goods.
