SMM has learned that on the evening of December 12, Sunwoda announced that its subsidiary, Sunwoda Power, has signed a "Solid-State Battery Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Xiamen Tungsten New Energy. The two parties will engage in extensive and in-depth cooperation around their respective development strategies, focusing on the research, mass production, and market development of new energy battery materials for solid-state batteries, establishing a strategic partnership.

The cooperation includes four parts: the development of cathode active materials for solid-state batteries, the development of electrolytes and related materials for solid-state batteries, cooperative development of solid-state batteries, and industrialisation cooperation.
