Priority will be given to equipment manufacturing projects with an investment of more than 2 billion yuan to compete for wind power and PV resource indicators.

The promotion of the shared energy storage model is encouraged. To promote innovative development in the new energy industry and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, our city will add new wind power and PV power generation projects, with supporting energy storage facilities accounting for more than 10% of the installed capacity of wind power and PV. A centralized shared approach will be adopted, with priority given to energy storage technology routes such as all-vanadium redox flow batteries, which have inherent safety characteristics.
