[The World's First GWh-Level New Solid-State Battery Production Line Lands in Wuhu, Anhui] According to SMM, on November 18, several container trucks loaded with key equipment for new solid-state batteries arrived at Anhui Anwa New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui province. This marks that Wuhu city will have its own GWh-level new solid-state battery production line. The new solid-state battery is fully sprinting towards mass production.

Anhui Anwa New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., controlled by Chery Automobile, is one of the first batch of intelligent connected vehicle advantage enterprises in Anhui province and undertakes the first batch of "Revealing the List and Taking Command" projects in Anhui province. Together with the Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone, it has established a new solid-state battery industrial park, with the first phase covering an area of about 150 mu, planning a 5GWh solid-state next-generation battery R&D center and a highly integrated automated production line. The first production line landed this time has a designed capacity of 1.25GWh, making it the world's first GWh-level new solid-state battery production line, filling the gap of solid-state batteries in Wuhu city.
