On October 31, RuiPu LanJun issued an announcement regarding a "Change in President." The announcement stated that Cao Hui ceased to be the President of the company from October 29. Following this change, Cao Hui will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee. Meanwhile, FENG, TING has been appointed as the new President of the company, effective from October 29. Prior to this appointment, FENG, TING served as the Chairman of LanJun New Energy, a subsidiary of RuiPu LanJun, and the Chairman of Jiaxing LanJun Technology Co., Ltd.
