[SMM Weekly Balance of Hot-rolled Coils & Inventory Check in Social Warehouses] Low Supply: Social Inventory Ceased Growing and Turned Down in the Second Week after the Holiday

This week, the total inventory of hot-rolled coils in 86 warehouses (large sample) nationwide monitored by SMM reached 4.1635 million tonnes, with a decrease of 175,900 tonnes, or 4.05% week on week, and a decrease of 6.53% year on year based on the Gregorian calendar. Except for a slight increase in inventory in central China, other markets continued the trend of inventory reduction this week.
