(hereinafter referred to as "Hyperion X") will have its IPO on the STAR Market reviewed on October 17.
According to the prospectus, Hyperion X anticipates its market value to be no less than 1 billion yuan. The funds raised from this IPO will be used for: the construction of a 2GWh energy storage system production facility annually, R&D and industrialization projects for energy storage systems, the establishment of digital and intelligent laboratories, the development of marketing and after-sales service networks, and other purposes. Specifically, the 2GWh annual energy storage system project is located at No. 1 Qihang West Street, Fangshan District, Beijing, with a proposed investment of 299,393,100 yuan and a construction period of 2 years.
