CATL Expands Production Capacity by 60GWh at Luoyang Base" On the evening of September 9th, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) announced that it had signed a cooperation agreement with the Luoyang Municipal People's Government and Guohong Group, a subsidiary of the Luoyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, to build the second phase of the Zhongzhou Times project based on the existing first phase. The second phase of the Zhongzhou Times project will add an annual battery production capacity of 60GWh.
