Vietnam Issues Government Decree on Strengthening the Training of High-Quality Human Resources in the Fields of Semiconductor Chips, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing"

SMM reported on August 27 that Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has recently signed a Government Decree on Strengthening the Training of High-Quality Human Resources in the Fields of Semiconductor Chips, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing. The Decree highlights that in order to achieve new breakthroughs in the training of high-quality human resources in the era of Industry 4.0, ministers, heads of government agencies, and chairpersons of people's committees of provinces and cities must fulfill their respective responsibilities and strengthen the cultivation of high-quality talent in the fields of semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.
