Recently, the Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission released a response to a proposal supporting green power supply for Qinghai's zero-carbon industrial parks. The document mentioned that currently, the Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in collaboration with relevant departments, is actively exploring the organization of green power transactions between power sources and loads. By optimizing grid dispatching, increasing the market-oriented supply of clean energy to replace purchased electricity and thermal power, and raising the proportion of green power supply, it aims to meet the green energy demand of market entities, including Qinghai's zero-carbon industrial parks. In the following steps, the Commission will accelerate the integrated development of sources, grids, loads, and storage, continuously build a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient new power system, strive to resolve contradictions in the power supply structure, enhance the self-balancing capacity of power and electricity in the grid, and strive to achieve full green power supply for Qinghai's zero-carbon industrial parks.
