【SMM Daily Trading Volume of Hot-rolled Coils】On August 15, the total daily trading volume of hot-rolled coils among SMM's sampled enterprises in four cities (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, and Ningbo) reached 10,020 tonnes, with a daily increase of 1,980 tonnes, or +24.6% compared to the previous day.
The futures market continued to decline sharply, leading to a bleak trading atmosphere in the market. Participants held a pessimistic mindset, and despite some traders secretly reducing prices to sell their stocks, the trading of hot-rolled coils remained sluggish.
