The sales volume of newly-built commercial housing was 5.333 trillion yuan, down 24.3%, of which the sales volume of residential housing decreased by 25.9%. At the end of July, the area of commercial housing available for sale was 739.26 million square meters, an increase of 14.5% year-on-year. Among them, the area of residential housing available for sale increased by 22.5%.
