Last week, the mainstream transaction prices for P-type polysilicon in the market ranged from 35 to 38 yuan/kg, while the transaction prices for N-type polysilicon ranged from 38 to 43 yuan/kg. The polysilicon market prices have moved up last week, mainly reflected in the price increase of N-type materials from major manufacturers. The price of 43 yuan/kg is currently facing significant resistance in the market, with no transactions reported. The mainstream transaction prices remain around 39 yuan/kg, with very few new orders being signed, as buyers and sellers are in a standoff. In August, domestic polysilicon production is expected to be 139,000 mt, showing a significant decrease MoM.
