RMB 150 Million Physical Battery Recycling Project Enters Trial Operation at Shandong Hongyun Technology

[Trial Operation of the RMB 150 Million Physical Battery Recycling Project] Shandong Hongyun Technology Co., Ltd.'s lithium battery intelligent dismantling and recycling project has entered the trial operation stage.

With a total investment of RMB 150 million, the project mainly involves the construction of a 6,000 square meter production workshop and warehouse, as well as the establishment of two automated pilot lines for dismantling used lithium batteries.

Adopting a physical method technology route, the project can recover approximately 100% of the residual electrolyte in the batteries, followed by the sequential recovery of cathode and anode active materials, as well as copper and aluminum foils. Ultimately, it aims to achieve the repair and recycling of three key materials: cathode and anode active materials, and electrolyte.
